The live-streaming platform Twitch is one of the biggest streaming social networks in the world right now. Also, it is no secret that most DJ’s in the world are avid gamers. That’s why, when French DJ/Producer ‘Madeon’ announced he would be performing a live set during 2019’s Twitchcon, it came as no surprise. It will, however, once again show the great mixture between EDM and the gaming community.
Ever since dropping his most recent single ‘All my friends’, back in May of this year, Madeon has been all over the place; performing at Lollapalooza, announcing a new album and playing at his close friend Porter Robinson’s festival ‘Second Sky’ are just some of the highlights for Madeon’s road to success for 2019. Now, he joins forces with one of the biggest giants in streaming to give a very original show.
TwitchCon is an annual convention for the live streaming video platform. It bases itself on the culture of video game streaming/gaming on-demand. Twitchcon’s purpose is that it gives streamers a chance to seek improvements for their streams. It also allows them to grow their brand. Aside from everything stream and gaming related, this year you’ll find Madeon dropping his chill melodic talents and amazing rhythms at the convention.
Madeon announced his set and live-stream participation in the convention this week. The announcement was received with happiness and excitement with both Madeon fans and Twitchcon attendants.
Twitchcon 2019 will take place on September 28, 2019. You can find your tickets here
