East Coast residents don’t need to fly all the way to Vegas for those lavish day clubs and insane pool parties anymore, because Fort Lauderdale will soon have its own Vegas-style party venue. A further expansion of the already massive Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood project (we’re talking $1.5 billion!), DAER South Florida will be bringing 44,000 square-feet of party space to Florida. Created under a partnership between Seminole and MLS Nightclubs, this would mark DAER’s second location (the first is in Atlantic City, New Jersey).
Following the likes of Vegas hotspots Marquee and OMNIA, DAER will be made up of a nightclub, a poolside dayclub and a rooftop club.
The Dayclub
Because dayclubs and pools basically go hand in hand, the 21,130 square-foot dayclub will feature a resort-style pool. But that’s not it – it’ll also have alongside that two dipping pools. Add some hot tubs, sun beds, 13 private cabanas, bungalow VIP sections and a DJ booth featuring a 40-foot LED screen, and voilà . You have yourself the perfect afternoon.
The Nightclub
The sun may go down, but the party never stops. DAER will boast 18,800 square feet of indoor space, but what good that without some epic visuals and audio? The designers clearly thought the same, because the nightclub will have a state-of-the-art Function One sound system as well as feature a high-performance LED centrepiece designed by world renowned lighting designer Steve Lieberman.  And finally, to top things off, the millennial favourite: the rooftop! This will be a 4,000 square-feet space overlooking Hard Rock Hollywood’s lagoon and pool area as well as the Bora Bora villas. Â
