When it comes to Ja Rule the first thing we all think about is the Fyre Festival. All the bad press created from the Netflix and Hulu documentaries has actually put Ja Rule kind of on the map again. As the famous line goes “There’s no such thing as bad publicity.” And it really seems to be applying to Ja Rule here.
He recently performed at the Milwaukee Bucks halftime show. It is safe to say, based off of all the videos, it wasn’t the best performance. The Bucks hired Ja Rule for their big “90s night.” His music really was popular during the 00s as he pointed out but they got him anyway. In the viral video, Ja Rule yells out a very long “Are We Ready?” The Crowd responds in the worst way possible with silence and he responds back with “I guess not.” Not the best way to start your show…
It gets even better though. As Ja Rule is still performing Milwaukee Buck’s star Giannis Antetokounmpo came out to take his warmup shots. In some parts of the footage, it does look like some fans are enjoying the performance. But overall, Ja Rule took an L on this one.

There’s a good 3.5 minutes left of halftime, Ja Rule is mid-song and Giannis is already out shooting. pic.twitter.com/sPoyVnpI7x
