Seven Lions, Wooli & Trivecta feat. Nevve – Island
Seven Lions continues to put out absolute fire on his very own Ophelia Records label. With his combination of twangs and song style, each new song release provides an evolution from the previous track. After months of slaying dance floors, we finally have his latest stormer. Today, we hear his collaboration ‘Island,’ which features Wooli and Trivecta. The vocals of the mysterious Nevve round out the star-studded track.

From the beginning, Nevve’s vocals control the pace on ‘Island.’ A touching piano intro leads into an intense rise filled with urgency. As the breakdown kicks into the chorus, the song pulls the rug out slightly before the uplifting release. Always keeping the listener guessing is Seven Lions’ style, and the blend of his signature sound mashes with Wooli and Trivecta to absolutely bring the house down. The thumping and massive second act hits with force, possessing some edgy trap and dubstep elements. Nevve carries us through the finish line with one final flourish. A clever track that once again bends genres, Seven Lions has another main stage hit with ‘Island.’
These types of collaborations are becoming more and more prominent. Fans seem to really enjoy when artists team up, as the result is usually something completely fresh. This track is no exception – great work to all involved!
