Electronic duo Koven are back with their latest track ‘Never Have I Felt This‘ to close out the year. This release comes after their impressive Reality Reach EP that dished out five diverse tunes. The duo consists of producer Max Rowat and vocalist Katie ‘Koven’ Boyle. Their massive collection of quality releases are a testament to their impeccable ability to work together. If you have been following the duo for awhile, you already know this is going to be good.
The song starts off with some percussion and epic synths before Katie’s ethereal voice takes over. The build up is crisp and propels into a unique buzzing bass drop. Be sure to listen to the sound design during the breakdown because the production is silky smooth. Koven’s use of cinematic synths, plucking beats, and rising drums is ear candy.
