Killkid – Si Fui Yo
Venezuelan producer Killkid has been appearing on our radar for a while with his high-quality sound and Latin dance production. His latest single, ‘Si Fui Yo’, is quickly becoming a considerable contribution to his release profile. Killkid has a unique energy in his music and it’s very apparent when the song begins. This marks his debut appearance on the American-based record label, Tipsy Records.
This talented artist has been part of Yellow Claw‘s Barong Family and has been receiving great reactions on his developing sound. Now he seems to be at the next level of his career, teaming up with Tipsy Records and stacking up loads of content for next year. Killkid is bound to break out of his country eventually with this huge electronic sound that he’s working on.
Smooth, detuned plucks quickly pull you in at the start, building into a pleasant, yet epic DJ Snake-inspired drop. The Spanish vocal track, translated to “Yes, It Was Me”, is a huge banger and is capable of becoming a hit. Every part of the song sounds perfectly engineered! By the looks of it, this young producer has so much to offer in 2019 and we can’t wait to bear witness.
