Creamfields is once again setting the bar way high for production value. Just over a month ago, they announced the first of its kind SILO Stage, a 360 degree arena with the latest technology in sound and light production. Today, another surprise has came along and it looks totally epic, to say the least: Ladies and Gentlemen, get ready for Generator.
Some might say that we’re talking about the Space Race here, but we’re not. Generator is Creamfields’ latest concept, an incredible megastructure to turn your festival experience into a futuristic adventure. Entirely made of scaffold and shipping containers, the industrial design of Generator allows a multi-tiered stadium and multiple viewing galleries, so everyone will be able to have a unique and unforgettable journey from every corner of the stage.
As for the visuals, Creamfields is also going beyond expectations:
“Generator will provide an all-round spectacle that will include an enormous all-encompassing and multi-dimensional wall of LED screens at the stage end, not to mention an abundance of lights, lasers, and pyro that will spanthe length and bredth of the structure. Once again, the bar has been raised, with Generator proving that when it comes to pushing the limits of what is possible, Creamfields remains way ahead of the curve.”
With these brand new stages, going to Creamfields will not be simply attending to a music festival, it will be more like taking a trip to the future. For its 21st edition, the lineup has every artist you could ever hope for: Above & Beyond, Armin van Buuren, Axwell & Ingrosso, Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Fatboy Slim, just to name a few.
Creamfields is happening from August 23rd to August 26th at Daresbury, Cheshire, U.K. Limited tickets are still available on their website. You can also enter on their Facebook contest to win a Gold 4 day Camping for five. Good luck and see you at Creamfields!
