Ruben De Ronde and Rodg are on a tear with their collaborative works as of late. The Dutch trance producers show no sign of slowing down, adding another name to their roster of accomplices. This time Ben Gold lends his own expertise to the track ‘Two‘. The British DJ is no stranger to Ruben and Rodg since Armada has released several Ben Gold tracks. Their familiarity and dedication to trance shows on their new track.
The short melodic track by Gold, De Ronde, and Rodg uses an uplifting synth line that is reminiscent of early Tritonal instrumentation. It is both nostalgic but also nuanced and improved, giving it the body and thickness demanded by today’s dance floor. The slight delay during the breakdown gives the listener the feeling of being bounced back and forth as the energy starts to build. A soft female vocal hum leads into the drop, bringing the track back to its rightful rhythm and making you want to move your feet.
