Elements Music and Arts Festival just released their initial lineup as it returns to Hunts Point in the Bronx. For the event’s fifth installment, they’re gearing up for their biggest shindig with newly imagined programming for the summer. Reiterating their four elemental-themed stages, they’re fabricating a world unlike anything seen before.
The Earth stage brings you emotional moments with Emancipator and Desert Dwellers. Bassnectar and Subtronics will vibrate heavy, bass-driven sounds through the grassy waterfront. Back dropped for your viewing pleasure is the breathtaking NYC skyline.
Prepare for the golden hour of the Water stage sessions with SNBRN and Goldfish. When the sun goes down, Snakehips and Jade Cicada will take the stage.
Dirtybird players will once again dominate the Fire stage. Sacha Robotti, Sage Armstrong and Bruno Furlan will add fuel to the glorified inferno. Stay tuned for an upcoming announcement on a surprise headliner to join the vigor.
The Air stage hides in an Amazon forest inspired by the ethereal personas of the artists performing. Dance Spirit performs live alongside Lost Desert, Eli Light, and many more. Once you step inside you’ll feel transported to the jungle with the urban concrete one right next to you.
Taking place this year on August 11, the festival takes advantage of today’s technologies. They highlight the integration of art and technology of young tech artists around the globe to showcase their creations. Expect interactive & cutting edge projections, programmable LED’s, and motion capture technology. Climb atop massive art carts for prime views of stages and wander through a multi-scene interactive theater. Calm yourself in the lavish hideouts tucked away from the music.
