Fool’s Gold very own Miami native DJ Madeaux drops new track ‘The Wave‘, off of his forthcoming debut album Burn. Featuring haunting vocals from Brux, the LA-based producer’s latest hybrid single is up for the charts.
Since the day he caught the attention of A-Trak, head of Fool’s Gold Records and being in studio sessions with many great mentors, one of them being Deadmau5, the talented young producer spent two years in the making of his debut album Burn, out on 3/23. He calls his new EP “self-actualization instruction manual” where listeners will feel they are on a transformational journey of timeless music.
‘The Wave’ follows the appropriately named warehouse anthem, ‘Sweat’ featuring R&B fashionista Black Atlass (“Fashion’s Music Crush” – LA Times) and synth-pop songstress Class Actress and lead single ‘Run With It’ featuring dancehall antihero Tommy Lee Sparta (“Jamaican music’s first goth” – The FADER).
The 12-track LP is a journey into Madeaux’s varied influences and interests melding muscular, bass-driven riffs and heady electronics with twisted collaborations from a host of guest artists including WILLS, Poter Elvinger, Zuse, Tommy Lee Sparta, OG Maco, Josh Pan, Fifi Ron and Holly.
