Armin van Buuren’s weekly podcast, A State of Trance, has now officially wrapped up its 850th episode. Our congratulations go out to Armin and his team on reaching an amazing milestone. Part one aired last week featuring Above & Beyond which you can listen to here. The first part of ASOT 850 was without a doubt pure magic. A&B played new material from their latest album Common Ground, which was released on January 26th, and debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. Additionally, the duo of Armin and Ruben de Ronde was spectacular as usual.
Part two provides trance fans with a special mix from Gareth Emery along with Ashley Wallbridge. The first song in the guest list is the awe inspiring remix by Gareth Emery and Ashley Wallbridge of “Coming On Strong“ by Signum, followed soon after by Darude & Ashley Wallbridge’s latest track Surrender. The fact that Armin is able to pull both Gareth Emery and A&B in back to back weeks is a true testament to how strong his global brand has become.
