Denver born producer Trevor Christensen, better known as
Said the Sky has stuck true to his roots since breaking onto the scene in 2014. He began producing his blend of beautiful and emotional melodies fused with future bass energy well before the genre was popularized, and now he is reaping the benefits of truly staying the course. His latest single, “
Pray for Me,” is an outstanding example of the style of music Said the Sky has been producing for years, a style that only became widely popular within dance music in 2016.
“Pray for Me” features an excellent array of drums backed by elegant uncredited vocals. Said the Sky was assisted with the production from relative unkown Origami, who released his debut single “Red Eye” earlier this year. You can take a listen to “Pray for Me” below, and if you haven’t yet caught a live Said the Sky performance, he’s absolutely worth adding to your list.
