Martin Garrix has had a jam-packed year to say the least. He took over the Sahara Tent at Coachella in April and since then has been racking up frequent flyer miles at his multiple global club residencies. There seems to be no end in sight for the newly turned 21 year old DJ. Garrix has just confirmed that he has been working on a ton of new music including a collaboration with an artist you’d least expect, Linkin Park.
This of course isn’t the first time there’s been a genre crossover with the nu metal rock band. Remember the dope Linkin Park/Jay-Z collab back in 2004? This time around Martin Garrix is sure to whip up something sick and completely worthy of the hype. This collaboration comes right on the tails of Linkin Park’s promotional campaign for their latest album “One More Light.” In addition to the Linkin Park news, Martin also confirmed a radio follow-up to “There For You” is coming soon. We can’t wait to hear what Garrix’s new music ventures will sound like.
Watch Martin talk about his new projects with an overly-enthusiastic interviewer below.
