HYTE, the massive global event series that hosts international DJs and has its own concert series in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Ibiza, LA, and Miami, now brings you their New York City edition to be hosted this Sunday July 2nd, 2017 at Governor’s Island!
For those of you that are not familiar with HYTE, directly from their Facebook page they write that:
“The free spirited and crazy ethos of the early days of house and techno music run through all HYTE events, with a community vibe at the core of the parties. Like-minded party revellers are encouraged to participate and contribute to journey of the event via the extra special production effects and club layout. Now more than ever the relationship between performer and listener is key to the mood of the event, and HYTE is an events series that allows that bond to not only exist, but thrive. And it is exactly this that has seen HYTE build a strong connection with their loyal audience.”
HYTE has also officially added The Movement Stage from Detroit’s internationally known Movement Electronic Music Festival. Taking over Stage 2, the Movement lineup features performances by Jackmaster, Peggy Gou, Maya Jane Coles, Collabs: Chris Liebing & Speedy J, and Loco Dice.
After an insanely successful Brooklyn warehouse party last year, this year’s HYTE will be stationed in a never-before-used location on Governors Island! There will be panoramic views of Manhattan and the State of Liberty – this is going to be one for the books. As a techno and house lover, you can’t miss this event!
