On the heels of May, we may not be in the summer season yet – but the new track “Coconuts” from Alberto Beeck, better known as Triarchy, makes us feel like we’re already there. The track, out today, just might be the anthem of Summer 2017 – and we’re loving it.
Featuring sweet, melodic vocals from artist J. Lauryn and a funky, tropical feel, this track is a genuinely feel-good production filled with those vibes perfect for driving down the highway with your windows down or lounging by the pool in the summer sun. With musical influences stemming from Miami – where Triarchy grew up – the song is truly three and a half minutes of colorful emotion and catchiness.
When asked about the inspiration behind the track’s creation, Triarchy said:
“I was in LA and met with the singer/songwriter J.Lauryn. After listening to a couple of my tracks, she got in her creative space and sung,‘’Sippin outta coconuts”. I immediately fell in love with the concept for the song. We wrapped up the vocals in the same session and we knew we had something special on our hands!”
And, of course, there’s nothing like a personal touch from an artist when they release a new production. In the track’s Soundcloud description, Triarchy leaves quite the heartfelt note for his listeners:
“I’ve never been so excited to bring a song to the world as I am this one. It’s a track that I’ve shared many memories with friends with and one that I hope you will too!
