Around this time in dance music world all eyes shift towards Las Vegas as EDC approaches in June. However last night all eyes were on Vegas for a completely different reason. The famous Bellagio Hotel, featuring a water fountain show set to Tiesto music, caught fire.
Part of the roof caught fire and it took 77 firefighters to extinguish the blaze. The entire strip was closed to traffic as the fire raged on. Fighting the fire was very difficult due to the location and access to it, but it was handled relatively quickly in around an hour. The fire was out by around 11:09pm last night. There were no reports of any injuries thankfully, and you can rest assured the EDC bus packages from there will remain intact as well.
