Montreal’s leading music and arts festival, Osheaga just dropped their lineup for the 2017 event. Virgin Mobile puts on the event every year, and since 2006 they have brought in artists ranging over nearly every genre in the book. Originally kicking off as an indie festival with the later 2010 addition of the Zone Piknik Electronik stage, this lineup now blends pop, alternative and electronic artists together.
With The Weeknd, Muse and Lorde as headliners, you know they are going to put on a great performance. However, it’s the meat in the middle that electronic lovers are getting excited about. Nicolas Jaar, Snails, Griz and Mija will perform, just to name just a few. On top of six stages of music, Osheagea also offers activities ranging from skating on a half pipe to competitive games, carnival rides and even a massage area. With so much to do and so many artists to see over the three days, Osheaga continues to impress Quebec’s music lovers.
