Brooklyn native Pete Dougherty aka Moon Boots, has released a hypnotic new deep house track, ‘Tear My Heart’ via Anujadeep. The track features sultry vocals from Lulu James, and the result is a luscious yet pulsating house banger that should warm up this frosty winter season (sup New York).
Moon Boots came up as a member of the influential collective, French Express, before embarking on a successful solo career. He made his debut on Anjunadeep with his song ‘Red Sky’.’Tear My Heart’ serves as the first single off Moon Boot’s forthcoming album, First Landing. Interestingly enough, it’s also his debut album. MB has been around for a minute, gaining tons of fans during his French Express days, but only released remixes and singles up to this point. To see the house wiz take on an entire album of work should be a real treat to fans.
