It’s very rare for someone to be professionally skilled in more than one field, but some people are just too talented. Laidback Luke is lucky enough to be one of those people, as he has entered in the Kung Fu World Championship in Hong Kong, China. For years, the DJ has been showing us that he can spin at night and focus on his beloved hobby in the day. In 2013, he posted this Instagram picture when he joined Team Holland for the World Championship in China. The team won a total of twenty-three gold medals and five silver medals.
He’s definitely got some skills and we’re cheering him on from the US. Kung fu and martial arts are clearly his second love. Laidback Luke joins other artists that share a passion with their fans like Datsik’s love for Mortal Kombat or Muzzy Bearr’s love for anime. It’s always nice to hear what DJs do when they’re not behind the decks. It gives fans a personal connection and makes us feel like we can get to know them better.
