What once started as a tiny internet radio show, originally thought to only be streaming in the Netherlands, Armin van Buuren was given quite the awakening all those years ago when he found out people were illegally streaming A State of Trance in countries like Australia before they were even broadcast to those regions. Now, all of a sudden, we have made it to ASOT 800.

After 800 episodes and countless performances across the globe, ASOT is still the leader in bring the world new trance and progressive every week. As reported on earlier, the radio show format from here on out with include an hour guest mix, audio and video streaming and a brand new studio location in Amsterdam.

Thanks to a full video stream system, you will be able to watch me and A State of Trance live on my Facebook page and YouTube channel, every Thursday from 8 p.m. ’till 10 p.m. CET. In addition, we can offer you a behind-the-scenes look from time to time and will occasionally invite fans and artists to drop by during the live show as well. We will be able to connect like never before, and I hope you’ll love this new development every bit as much as I do.”
