The day and night festival that features musical and art installations in Barcelona, which past its 20 year mark a few festival cycles previous, has announced their phase one lineup and it’s a doozy. Hip hop will be heavily represented, featuring Soulection, De La Soul and Clams Casino plus a slew more, assuming they will continue with the trend of the first announcement. Asserting themselves as well on the electronic music front, Sónar has booked Eric Prydz and Moderat, Prydz pumping out music at an alarming rate via his various aliases while Moderat just released a 15-track LP titled Live, that was just release on the 18th of November. That’s not all. Nicolas Jaar, Cashmere Cat, Damian Lazarus, Nina Kraviz and more were listed on the bill as well. Returning in June from the 15th to the 17th, you can snag tickets now!
