As if Insomniac already doesn’t have enough events under their belts, they’ve decided to add another to the list this year with Middlelands. The medieval themed festival will debut on May 5, 2017, at the Texas Renaissance Festival Fair Grounds in Todd Mission, Texas, and run from Friday to Sunday. If you’re interested in what’s being called “an adventure for the ages,” here’s the scoop on how you can snag tickets.
Early bird tickets are already sold out, so 3-Day GA tickets will run you about $185 plus fees. These will get you access to all the kingdoms and stages your little heart desires. To purchase a GA ticket, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you want to rave like royalty, you can grab a 3-Day VIP ticket for about $410 plus fees. These passes will give you access to the King’s Court – a new experience for Middlelands. The Court gives you a private entrance and parking for the festival, a commemorative goblet and lanyard, the ability to rent outfits from a costume shop, complimentary carriage rides around the grounds, dedicated dance areas and bathrooms, and access to other special things like food, sword fights, and a treasure hunt. VIP-ers have to be at least 21 years old.
Layaway packages will be available for both tickets, so if you don’t exactly have cash right now, fear not! The GA plan starts with a $90.25 deposit followed by three monthly payments of $51.75. The VIP plan starts with a $146.50 deposit followed by three monthly payments of $108.
Private table service is also available in the SkyDeck at High Court for groups older than 21. You can fill out the inquiry form for more information.
