Michael Brun has released an end-of-summer single, aptly named ‘Summer Dreams‘ that will have you reminiscing of the warm summer season for months to come. Brun collaborated with Marcio Lama on the track – and the result is an luscious combination of driving dance grooves and tropical-inspired synths – a highly enjoyable track that we’ve come to expect from Brun’s own Kid Coconut label.
Haiti’s most prolific DJ has had a somewhat quiet summer, scaling back a heavy schedule of tour dates in favor of spending more time in the studio perfecting his production skills. Despite forgoing a summer of touring and the traditional festival circuit, Brun previous single ‘All I Ever Wanted‘ was one of the most memorable tracks from recently-released Netflix Original Film, XOXO, starring Sarah Hyland.
Earlier in the summer, Brun hosted a charity beach festival in Haiti to raise money for scholarships for students at the Audio Institute music school.
