From the looks of it, Justin Bieber is once again teaming up with his good buddy Diplo. Although, this time, Biebs is joining forces with Diplo’s Major Lazer, not Jack U. Justin took to Twitter July 13th, to announce that the singer and trio will have a new single coming out within the next week entitled “Cold Water”. There has not been a preview released for “Cold Water”, but we can guess that it will feature Justin rapping according to a Twitter conversation between Diplo and Justin earlier this summer.
