Hailing from New Jersey, tech-house kingpin Blaqwell has steadily risen amongst the ranks of producers, attracting support from the likes of Ministry of Sound, late maestro Frankie Knuckles, Umek, Todd Terry and Brobot boss Junior Sanchez. He has previously released music on numerous labels including Toolroom, Inhouse Records, Natura Viva and Skint and has a variety of widely loved originals under his belt such as “Move,” “Funk Feeling,” “Liv It Up,” and “Just A Groove.” On the DJ front, Blaqwell has graced the decks alongside Jesse Rose, Felix Da Housecat, Oliver Dollar and Doc Martin and recently had a smashing set at the Mixmag Lab’s Brobot edition in Brooklyn.
