The long-awaited day is finally here – Australian DJ and producer Flume, also known as Harley Streten, has released his much anticipated second album, Skin.
A number of tracks from the album have been released over the past few months, including “Never Be Like You”, “Smoke and Retribution,” and “Wall Fuck”. All of the tracks from the latest album have been previewed on his Instagram over the last few days with explanations for each. You can check them out yourself on his account.
Last night he posted to Facebook explaining his excitement, writing:
It’s here, the day has finally come. My second album Skin is out today!
I want to thank everyone that helped me in making this record, through all of the ups and downs along the way.
To all my collaborators that helped shape the sound of the record, my global team that work tirelessly behind the scenes, all my friends and family that have supported me through the last couple years of making this and most importantly you, the fans that make this project what it is.
Just wanted to say thank you and hope you enjoy the record as much I’ve enjoyed making it.
