Tragic news coming forth from Pasay City in the Philippines. Five attendees of the CloseUp Forever Summer Party, Featuring Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, have been confirmed dead.
This massive outdoor event had over 14,000 attendees, and lasted 12 hours. Despite the information made available, all of the factors that contributed to this tragic indecent are still unclear, but for at least two of the victims, it is confirmed that some type of drug overdose was the cause of death. According to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), all 5 victims were brought to the hospital separately, and it is now known that one of the victims is an American, Anthony Miller, 33. The NBI is continuing to conduct toxicology reports to determine the remaining causes of death, but Rolando Baula, the Pasay City Chief of Police, stated in a short interview that they are considering three main causes of death, Drug Overdose, Heat Stroke, and Poisoning.
