A new music festival is set to take place in Morocco at one of the sets of the incredibly popular series Game Of Thrones . MOGA will be taking place in the coastal city of Essaouria from October 14-16th, which is typically around the time that the TV show is filming and there is a chance that HBO will be working on Season 7. The announcement of the music festival comes less than a week before the premiere of Season 6 on Sunday. Now, Game Of Thrones fanatics will be given the chance to dance their day away on the same soil that some of their favorite characters have set foot on.
The beautiful location has been used to shoot scenes of territories that the Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen (Khaleesi) rules over in the cities of Yunkai and Astapor. Maybe we will get to see Hodor (Kristian Nairn) bless the MOGA Fest party-goers with an appearance behind the decks.
No lineup has been announced as of now, but a trailer promoting the festival has been released. It looks like there will be a lot of dance music and digital artwork. MOGA IS COMING!
