DJ Snake & Yellow Claw – Ocho Cinco
New music alert!  Who doesn’t love the great users of SoundCloud and their rips.  Thanks to an unknown user, we have what appears to be leak of a new track from DJ Snake and Yellow Claw titled “Ocho Cinco“.  DJ Snake dropped this one on the mainstage of Ultra Miami, but not much has been heard about it since. This is not the first joint venture between the two heavyweight acts, as they have previously teamed up for “Slow Down”. It remains to be seen whether this really is a leak or if its just a remake or a rip.
“Ocho Cinco” flawlessly incorporates both genres Yellow Claw and Snake are known for, hardstyle and trap, respectively.  The first segment of the drop is hardstyle and the second segment switches over to more of a trap-like beat after a quick drum break.  The consistent element of the track is definitely the melody.  The melody has DJ Snake written all over it.  It reminds me of a snake charmer and is reminiscent of the sound used in “Get Low”, which featured Dillon Francis.  Listen to the leak/preview/rip/whatever it is below.
