Lollapalooza is turning 25 this year and C3 Presents has made sure that the festival will be a weekend everyone will remember for the rest of their lives. Illinois’ crowned jewel has just released its lineup for the four-day celebration from July 28-31 and it is safe to say that this year is going to be huge. With diverse talent from all genres of music, there will be something for everyone and for some, even too much to handle all at once.
The lineup this year boasts an incredibly array of musicians ranging from electronic music and hip hop to alternative rock and indie music, just to name a few. Attendees are in for a special treat as Lollapalooza’s founding father Perry Farrell will be performing with his band Jane’s Addiction. In addition, headliners such as Flume, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Hardwell, J. Cole, and Lana Del Rey will lead the pack followed by some on-the-rise artists like Zhu, Mija, Silversun Pickups, Kehlani, and Audien. Those are ten amazing reasons to attend Lollapalooza and that’s barely scratching the surface. For those lucky enough to be attending this year, it will definitely be one for the books.
