Joseph Thomas Youngman, better known as Wolfgang Gartner, announced earlier this week to his followers on Twitter that his new full length studio album will be coming to the United States on Friday, January 22nd. Gartner hasn’t released an album since his debut in 2011 with Weekend In America. He’s had 8 singles rank first on the Beatport.com top-10, but has been relatively dormant for several years.
The first single off his new album, ‘Turn Up’ featuring Wiley and Trina, was released in October and can be purchased on iTunes now. Wolfgang’s return is well-timed for a bounce-back 2016 and we can’t wait to see what else the electro house legend has in store for us.. We can only hope that it will be followed by his much-missed global touring and festival schedules as we slowly crawl back towards the summer months of music.
