New York is home of many of the best underground clubs in the world including Cielo, Space Ibiza NY, Output and Verboten. Now, New York City will be opening its doors to a new and unique nightclub in Flash Factory, which is located in the Chelsea area. What makes the club unique you say? How about that the interior is made entirely of recycled materials from schools, churches and temples throughout the city. It is a 10,000 square feet venue that will have not only a DJ booth, but will also include two bars, a theater, a lounge and cabanas throughout the club.
Similar to Brooklyn’s Output and Verboten, Flash Factory aims to eliminate bottle service and focus on vibes. In regards to this mission, Flash Factory founder Mike Satsky stated that, “The only selectivity will be the music.” This Saturday will be the opening party, as New York’s own The Martinez Brothers will be hitting the decks for what is sure to be a memorable night.
