Teasing Bassheads everywhere with clandestine messages and golden tickets for the past few months, Bassnectar finally unveiled news of his new, 2-day camping festival ‘Bass Center.’ To be held at the Dick’s Sporting Good’s Park in Commerce City, Colorado from July 29-30, the massive lineup not only includes two extended sets from Bassnectar himself, but the incredible talents of Flux Pavilion, Wu-Tang Clan, Flying Lotus, Porter Robinson, and more.
The first Bass Center started back in 2010 as “special regional gatherings – travel destinations with a ‘come one come all’ atmosphere'” with exclusive production and sets; Bassnectar and his team have decided to expand this tradition into an annual weekend special event “featuring expanded lineups, enhanced production, and as many special fx and magical extras as [they] can manage.” As any fan knows, Bassnectar draws from an incredibly broad spectrum of genres, while appreciating the aesthetic of visuals and technology — and the lineup reflects so. From upcoming electronic duo Alunageorge to dupstep king Flux Pavilion and the legendary Wu Tang Clan, all music fans are invited to join the experience.
More information regarding camping and after-parties is promised, but for the most important part: tickets. See below for more information!
