By an overwhelming majority, Berlin DJ and producer Reecard Farché, whose moniker is Anklepants, tallied the most votes for the worst Boiler Room set of all time during his 2014 outing. Farché’s craft is in the special effects industry, designing latex models and prosthetic, where he credits himself for his contributions to ‘Where the Wild Things Are’, ‘Prometheus’ and ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’). Sporting the costume that he did on stage, this information helps give us some explanation on his choice of garment for the evening.
Come to our surprise, a few fans are quasi defending his set. “Bat shit crazy performance, but damn the music is pretty awesome IMO for the most part,” chimed in an anonymous user. Anklepants set might have been bad, but at least he was DJing. DJ Scotch Egg, who seems to be more interested in multi-tasking, ends up playing Game Boys and cooking pancakes while attempting to mix. Probably the reason why is set was bad.
