Flosstradamus & NGHTMRE – Lighters Up
Ever since Flosstradamus posted a photo with NGHTMRE on Instagram a few months ago, there’s been massive hype as to when the track would actually drop. The Chicago-based trap duo have finally ‘turnt up’ with “Lighters Up” the leading single from the also dropped Hdynation Radio LP. It’s almost difficult to breathe and escape the track as it charges straight toward you with big room electro synths and hard-hitting bass. “Lighters Up” came along after the three producers got together in Chicago. Floss “ended up stripping this song down to its rawest form…and in the end, less equaled more.” The track was released alongside a VIP edit of “Prison Riot” featuring Lil Jon and GTA. It’s remarkably different from the anthemic original which cracked the #1 spot on Beatport’s hip-hop chart.
Hdynation Radio includes almost all of the tracks from the Soundclash EP which dropped earlier this year, and collaborations with Valentino Khan, Waka Flocka Flame, TroyBoi, Yellow Claw, among others.
NGHTMRE recently released his collaborative Nuclear Bonds EP with Slander, and is embarking on a tour to promote “Lighters Up” for which tickets are currently available. Meanwhile, Flosstradamus is set to hit a few states before heading oversees.
