This Saturday, producer Sweater Beats comes to Bang Bang San Diego as part of his current world tour, which. Sweater Beats producer Antonio Cuna, is one of dance music’s most eclectic and talented producers, and yet, has for the most part, let the music speak for itself over the years. Despite touring with the likes of Chance the Rapper, officially remixing Flume, Chet Faker, and now JoJo, the Los Angeles transplant has somehow managed to keep a low profile on the publicity front.
He’s still racked up quite the rabid fan base, however, as his ability to expertly combine elements of R&B, hip hop and electronica into something unique that pushes the boundaries of electronica has not gone unnoticed. Cuna’s distinct sound has been featured by Annie Mac and Entertainment weekly, and the producer has done mixes for Diplo and Friends and BBC Essential Mix, to name a few. He is now on tour with prominent producers GTA, Bondax and Louis the Child, and between the lot of them, they are basically hitting THE ENTIRE WORLD, playing U.S, Europe, and Australian dates.
This weekend – Saturday October 24th – Â the young producer returns to Southern California to play an intimate date at Bang Bang, for which you can get tickets here.
Check out the show this Saturday, October 24th at Bang Bang and check out his most recent remix of JoJo, too.Â
