Every once and a while, something just hits you out of nowhere and your day is better because of it. Gang Signs is a stunning producer out of Portland. I caught this Bieber remix on Soundcloud and I’m so glad I did. It is both the best What Do You Mean remix I’ve heard in months, and also a splendid little proof of how the future vibe (that Gang Signs is a master of) can blend with pop chords. It’s a quick three minute rework, self-aware and just inventive enough to outstrip the competition.

Like a true gentleman, he also reps his influences right on the page. When you’ve been listening to a lot of noirsound & oshi, tracks like this are to be expected. But while most producers can only hope to make tunes like that, Gang Signs delivers. I had so much love for this tune I immediately went and mobbed his page. My reward for this was a dope mix that was featured on Too Lush. And it’s a free download, so what more could you ask for.
