Tim Bergling, aka Avicii, has had an incredible career since his emergence to stardom after releasing ‘Seek Bromance’ in 2010. He has released hit after hit from the likes of ‘Silhouettes’, ‘Fade Into Darkness’ and the smash hit ‘Levels’. In 2013, Avicii released his debut album, which included new sounds that he incorporated including his collaboration with Aloe Blacc in ‘Wake Me Up’. The song was a huge risk and even received a mixed reaction when it was debuted at Ultra Music Festival. Ultimately, the song was a success and now, Avicii is taking another musical risk.
Avicii is set to release his sophomore album, Stories, this September and it will feature tracks that have been getting great reviews. Some amazing artists are set to be featured on the new album from the likes of Chris Martin, Billie Joe Armstrong and Bon Jovi. Avicii has one more surprise for us and it is that he will be singing on the upcoming album. Other producers, such as Porter Robinson, Kaskade and Madeon, have done this in the past, but we’re extra excited to see how this latest instance turns out.
