Martin Garrix Ft. Usher- Don’t Look Down (Dash Berlin Remix)
Dash Berlin is back with another piece of magic, a remix to Martin Garrix and Usher‘s hit track, ‘Don’t Look Down.’ The Dutch group is just one day away from their last release as well, a cover of Hozier’s ‘Take Me To Church.’ Dash Berlin delivered a stunning rework of the song, while simultaneously injecting it with drama, emotion and energy. Its powerful euphoric explosion was reminiscent of another recent Dash Berlin track, his remix to Lost Frequencies’ ‘Are You With Me.’ Dash Berlin attempted to bring this same style to his version of ‘Don’t Look Down.’
Dash Berlin’s remake of ‘Don’t Look Down’ begins with a driving melodic introduction that soon gives way to the iconic crooning of Usher. Dash keeps the original’s melody intact here, using it to subtly complement Usher’s soaring voice. As the vocals begins to climax, Dash flexes his remixing muscles, blindsiding the listener with a crashing wave of joyous energy. This sheer euphoria is maintained throughout the remainder of the track, which succeeds in brilliantly transforming the original. While the remix isn’t available for purchase yet, you can buy the original here, or just check out Dash’s version of it below.
