Wait, Jack Ü performed at the Staples Center last night? The LA Clippers played the Houston Rockets in Game 4 of their playoff series, and Diplo & Skrillex performed a halftime show for the 18,000+ fans in attendance and to over million others watching from their televisions and computers around the world.
This was not the conventional halftime show fans are accustomed of seeing at sporting events (unless you’re at the Super Bowl), as Jack Ü provided a halftime show that will have people talking for days to come. The duo did not just have the typical DJ set as they would probably play 4 or 5 songs and then go on with their lives but instead they brought out some surprise guests. Left Shark from Katy Perry’s Super Bowl Halftime show made an appearance, Dinky The Dog came in riding a mini-car, appearances by Fly Boi Keno and Kai and there was even a dancer hula hooping a ridiculous number of hula hoops from her head to her ankles! Skrillex surprised everyone by singing along with Kai to Jack Ü’s newest track ‘Mind‘ and it was absolutely amazing. Have a look at the halftime performance below.
