We’re four weeks away from the second annual Mysteryland USA Music and Arts (and food) Festival at the Bethel Woods Festival Grounds in New York. The festival recently dropped a new trailer on Facebook to help build anticipation for the 2015 event. The 4 minute feature takes us back 22 years to when Mysteryland was first curated in Europe:
“Picture Amsterdam, the early ’90s. Overnight electronic music exploded. The house music scene was born, as many great things in life, underground. But beautiful things need to be admired, and good music needs to be heard. A small group of adventurers took it upon themselves to bring the music to life outside the club scene. This was the start of the first music festival of it’s kind: Mysteryland.”
Mysteryland USA 2015 has been more than 20 years in the making. Building on an unparalleled history, Mysteryland returns to the sacred Woodstock festival grounds, this Memorial Day weekend. Check out the trailer below:
