As Hakkasan continues its quest for dominance of Las Vegas nightlife, the entertainment group’s signature club at MGM Grand has announced its 2015 lineup. Newcomers Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Tchami, DVBBS, Ummet Ozcan and Don Diablo will join returning acts Tiesto, Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Above & Beyond, Botnek, The Chainsmokers, Fergie, Dada Life, Dzeko & Torres, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, Bingo Players, Eva Shaw and W&W at Hakkasan and Wet Republic.
Notably missing from the list are Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix and Afrojack, three huge names who were a part of the club’s 2014 residency roster.  Calvin Harris was Hakkasan LV’s first exclusive residency and has held a residency since the nightclub opened in April 2013.  After the conclusion of his 20-month stint, it is speculated that Calvin Harris will be staying in the family and performing at Hakkasan’s new venture, Omnia Nightclub, opening in Caesars Palace this spring.
Last month, Hakkasan announced it would be acquiring a 90% stake in the Light Group and its properties for a cool $36 million, making it the largest nongaming dining and entertainment company in Las Vegas.  If you’re headed to Vegas anytime soon, don’t miss the chance to catch one of these acts in one of the world’s premier venues.  You can check out the full calendar for Hakkasan’s upcoming events here.
