While it may be a little belated, Green Velvet and Claude VonStroke will be giving the lucky residents of Los Angeles, Detroit and Chicago quite the Christmas present. From December 27th-29th, the techno and house legends will be hitting up the previously mentioned cities to debut their new side project, Get Real. Both producers hail from the Midwest and with over 30 years of industry experience between the two of them, we expect their chemistry to be off the charts.
2014 has definitely been the year of side projects, as we have seen Diplo and Skrillex, Mat Zo and Kill The Noise, Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus and many more artists join forces over the last 12 months. Get Real’s sets will be very different from the likes of Jack Ü and Kill The Zo, but we hope Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet follow in their footsteps by taking their talents to the studio.
