YouTube and Google have joined forces to allow music listeners to enjoy playing music without ads, keep playing music videos even if you lock the screen or start using another app, and play music even if you’re not connected to the Internet. This new service is called YouTube Music Key, and it offers access to Google Play Music’s entire library, as well as providing background playback capabilities, and offline viewing. You can currently sign up for the Music Key’s limited beta service for $7.99 a month before it reaches its standard rate of $9.99 per month.
This service adds a new music category to the YouTube app for Android, iOS and on their primary website. that collects all music videos and recommended playlists based on both your interests and on what’s trending across the site. It also displays updates from your followed artists, as well as your most-frequently listened to tracks. Once full albums reach YouTube, subscribers to the Key will also have full access to these as well as artists’ s full discographies and official music videos.  This service provides a refined way to improve and enjoy your YouTube music listening habits.
