Tritonal, is gearing up for the highly anticipated release of ‘Metamorphic III’, the closing chapter of the emotive trilogy. Keeping Tritonians salivating for what will be a momentous release on September 15, 2014, Tritonal has strategically released individual tracks from the album, starting with ‘
Satellites‘, featuring the vocals of Jonathan Mendelsohn, followed by ‘
Anchor‘, and now most recently ‘
Seraphic.’ With this newest track, the Texan duo has truly undergone a metamorphosis, transforming the energy and atmosphere of the first two EPs into a dark, yet euphoric ambiance. As the solemn piano and gentle instrumentals gradually build up, the listener is soon met with glitchy and tender dub sounds wrapped in bliss. Chad and Dave’s new sound has definitely been a step outside their comfort zone, but the change of pace will surely leave fans with the same musical ecstasy. As the release date draws closer, Tritonal continues to blaze through the western U.S., likely to flash samples of Metamorphic III EP’s brilliance along the way.
