DJ Mag’s 2014 Top 100 DJs World Tour, the most anticipated event of the year, will kick off on October 18th and touch down in Istanbul on November 14th. This landmark event features an incredible line up of some of DJ Mags’ Top 100 DJ greats, including 5-time Top 100 DJs champion, “Best International DJ” and “Best Trance Music Artist” Armin Van Buuren, who will be heading the lineup. Armin will be joined by one of EDM’s most recent super stars, Martin Garrix as well as party-starting powerhouses, Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano and local duo, Qubicon for the Istanbul stop of the tour.
Over 900,000 votes were casted for this year’s Top 100 DJs poll by DJ Mag, the biggest turnout in the poll’s 21 year history. The winner of the public vote will be announced in Amsterdam on October 18th, which will mark the official start of the global tour. Although this tour will span international borders, the Istanbul stop is one of the world tour’s most highly anticipated and stand out dates. The Istanbul event is an 8-hour rave, kicking off at 4 pm and running until midnight, and will take place at Life Park in the Turkish city. This stop of the world tour is bound to be spectacular spectacle, seeing as some of the world’s favorite DJs will be congregated onto one singular and stellar lineup, making the Istanbul stop a dream for dance music fanatics.
