If you had a chance to see the fellow legends Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen perform as Knife Party on their festival run this summer, you probably heard a lot of ID’s from their debut album Abandon Ship. Among them may have been already known album inclusions ‘Boss Mode,’ ‘Resistance,’ and recently leaked ‘Begin Again.’ Now, Rob Swire has taken to Twitter to officially reveal the full 12-song track list. The album has a scheduled released date of October 27, and the first single, ‘Resistance’ is available now on iTunes. Abandon Ship is shaping up to undoubtedly be the most anticipated electronic dance album of 2014, and with such respected and experienced producers such as Rob and Gareth at the helm of the ship, it’s shaping up to live up to the pre-ordained hype. The electro-dubstep project of these two Pendulum members has grown into one of the largest EDM acts out there, and this debut artist album will add quite the fold to the pair’s extensive decade-long catalog.
