The festival boasted a brand new, state of the art mainstage that received a warm welcome over the 3 days, as it hosted some of the biggest names in electronic music including: Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Alesso, Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Example, Fedde Le Grand, Hardwell, Ingrosso, Knife Party, Laidback Luke, Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, Showtek, Steve Aoki, Tiësto, W&W, and many more. Additionally, the recent installment of the UMF Radio stage was also an exceptional success, as it struck a pleasant balance between local and up and coming talent.Â
For the millions of fans worldwide that could not make it to Ultra Europe 2014, the amazing team at UMF TV were there to the rescue, bringing the full extent of the madness to computer screens everywhere. Over 1.6 million dedicated fans tuned into the ULTRA LIVE broadcast, that provided a live stream of performances from the mainstage and Ultra Worldwide Arena. With fireworks signaling the finale of a second chapter of Ultra Europe, all roads lead to the 2015 season which will surely see the standard raised once again.
But the fun did not stop there. Following the end of Ultra Europe, it was all systems go, for one of the largest and most anticipated pool parties to ever take place. Ultra Beach 2014, which sold out before the final lineup was even announced, kicked off at the luxury Hotel Amfora Resort pool area, looking out over idyllic views of the Adriatic Sea. As thousands of partiers danced and splashed about in magnificent pools, they witnessed fantastic live performances from the likes of Justin Oh, Dillon Francis, Diplo, Goldfish, and to top it all off, Afrojack. To say the least, it was an exciting week in Split, Croatia.
