Swedish legend Eric Prydz is at it again. Today, he released previews of four fresh tracks off his upcoming Pryda EP, Pryda 028. “Mija,” “Origins,” “Backdraft” and “Axis” are the four tracks that make up the first-ever four track Pryda EP, which will be released through Pryda Recordings on August 4th. All four tracks exemplify the signature sound of Prydz’s stagename Pryda with their superbly intricate production, entrancing builds and dark undertones. Prydz is on fire this year, with his reinvigorated podcast EPIC Radio up and running at a regular pace and a smash hit “Liberate” alongside a stream of stellar, buzzed-about festival appearances. All of this and a new EP as he gears up for Epic 3.0, his debut performance at Madison Square Garden in NYC on September 27th. The show promises the world’s largest indoor hologram as a spectacular visual accompaniment to musical material from his many monikers, both old and new.
