If you’re like myself, and you made the mistake of not buying tickets to Disclosure this past weekend immediately upon their release, you spent Friday night incredibly disappointed. The show sold out months in advance. This time, I’m here with the PSA to make sure you don’t let it happen again. Tickets will go on sale Friday to see the superstars at the House of Blues in Chicago on October 24th. This show will offer the younger crowd a chance to see the talented UK duo as well. The House of Blues is a 17+ venue.
If you don’t know who Disclosure is by now, you’re likely on the wrong webpage. Their debut album Settle was released two months ago to critical acclaim and found a spot atop the UK charts as well as the second place slot on the US EDM charts. Their singles have been popping up in nearly every big name artist’s sets. Skrillex paid homage by dropping their tune. “When A Fire Starts To Burn,” in his record setting Essential Mix. “Latch” has been remixed by countless artists. It’s amazing to think that these brothers are only 19 and 22 years old. When tickets sell out within a week, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Chicagoans, make sure you are ready this Friday at noon.
